Latte macchiato / caffè latte

The Italian coffee speciality is very much in vogue and is becoming increasingly more popular. A latte macchiato is normally served in a tall narrow glass and consists of three layers, which should only be mixed with one another to a slight extent. Milk forms the bottom layer, followed by a layer of espresso. The top layer consists of froth. With a latte macchiato, first tip the milk into the glass and then carefully pour the espresso onto the milk, e.g. using the back of a spoon.

Latte macchiato from café+co

Also available fully automatically through a state-of-the-art system in the traditional three layers – served both in a glass and a beaker.

Your coffee becomes a visual and tasty highlight. There is a choice of plant- and milk-based products through to separate fresh milk kits.

Café au lait / milky coffee / mug of coffee with milk

café+co also offers preparation methods for French coffee specialities at the push of a button.

The traditional French "breakfast coffee". Pour some fresh coffee into a large cup followed by the same amount of milk. This coffee is unique since the milk annuls the powerful aroma of the coffee. This makes café au lait an ideal alternative for those people wanting to enjoy a lighter variant of coffee.
