Cappuccino

Cappuccino is the leader in the varied coffee league table. This traditional Italian coffee consists of one third espresso, one third milk and one third froth. When preparing a cappuccino – even fully automatically – it is important to first pour the espresso into the cup or beaker, slowly followed by the milk and froth. A touch of cocoa powder rounds off this popular coffee speciality.

Melange

In Vienna, a city with a world-famous coffee house tradition, "melange" is one of the Viennese coffee specialities. It is prepared with one unit of coffee and the double amount of water, and then served with a layer of hot milk froth. (1 coffee unit corresponds to around 6 to 7 grams of coffee per 1/16 litre of water).
